About the Founder
Hi! I’m Karen Shannon and I have been where you are. I knew I had a calling and a purpose. I had been a therapist, owned several successful businesses and now was in the coaching and consulting arena.
But, here’s what I found. In the virtual world, there were so many promises, so many ways to spend my own coaching dollars, and no real guarantees that I would have a thriving six-figure business.
Webinars, group programs, funnels, all the ways to post on IG and FB! I had to figure out what would really work and work quickly and in an authentic way that made sense to me.
Well, I found it. Through a hybrid model that included both 1:1 coaching and live group coaching, I could help other coaches, consultants, and service-based business owners reach their dream incomes and have focused manageable weeks that would not cause burnout!
That’s when The Flourish Method was born and the Flourishing Female Entrepreneur group became a reality.
